Community Diagnostic Centres

Community Diagnostic Centres (CDCs) are being set up across England to deliver additional, digitally connected, diagnostic capacity. The aim is to provide patients with access to diagnostic tests in the community, with as few visits as possible, enabling an accurate and fast diagnosis.

There is more information about the services that will be provided in Community Diagnostic Centres on the NHS England website. Services are often run by private providers, such as InHealth which currently provides CDC services in the South West.
